We are pleased to announce we are able to offer you appointments for remedial massage treatments again. Matt and I have both completed the Infection Control Training - COVID 19 course provided by Aspen Medical and the Department of Health. We will require the following from you in order to proceed with a new appointment please:
We require you to remove your shoes at our front entry. A shoe rack is available for you use. We require you to use hand sanitizer and/or wash your hands upon arrival. We ask that you refrain from touching any surfaces unnecessarily in our premises. Our pens and clipboard are being disinfected after each use. Please use the pen provided to fill out our form, or your own pen.
All of our towels and linen are changed after each client, washed in hot water and disinfectant. All of our surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant after each client.
We require contactless payment only, at this time. No cash please. HICAPS is available. EFTPOS and credit cards payments are accepted or you can use PayID/Osko.
Please let us know if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
Please cancel your appointment if you are sick, have any cold or flu like symptoms, or have been near someone who has cold or flu like symptoms.
We trust you to comply with these requirements in order to keep you, our other clients, ourselves and our community safe.
